Fee Estimator
You'll pay an annual fee based on the market value of your assets under management. The fee is 1.00% on the first $1,000,000, 0.75% on the next $1,000,000, and 0.65% on the next $4,000,000. Fees are negotiable above $6,000,000. The minimum annual fee is $5,000, which implies a minimum of $500,000 in assets under management. This minimum can be waived at the Managing Partner’s discretion. Fees are payable quarterly in arrears based upon the beginning market value.
