Fees are negotiable and documented in the investment advisory agreement. Clients are responsible for third-party fees. Certain associates are affiliated with CapAcuity Securities, Inc., and may receive compensation for the sale of investment products, which may create a conflict of interest. In some cases, CapAcuity LLC receives fee-offset compensation from COLI policies.
