Signal Securities charges fees based on the specific model used. Asset Allocation Model: Ranges from 0.75% to 2.00% depending on AUM. Private Client Asset Management Model: Ranges from 1.25% to 3.00% depending on AUM and inclusion of limited partnerships/options. Discretionary Asset Allocation Model Portfolios: 1.50% on the first $25,000 and 1.25% on assets over $25,000. 401K Optimizer: 1.00% annually. Flat Fee Planning: Hourly fee not to exceed $250.00/hour. Separately Managed Account (SMA): Fees are charged monthly, in arrears, based on the average daily balance for the previous month. The asset-based fee includes Schwab's brokerage and custody services and each money manager's services. This fee is in addition to your advisory fee. Fees are generally charged quarterly in advance, but 401k Optimizer fees are charged in arrears. Fees may be negotiable at Signal's discretion.
