Fee Structure
Management fees for separately managed accounts are based on individual client needs, portfolio restrictions, and the distribution channel. Fees are charged as a percentage of assets under management or a minimum fee arrangement and may be negotiable. The brochure lists different fee schedules for various strategies (Covered ETF, Option Overlay, Equity Income, etc.) and distribution channels (Advisor, Solicitor, Retail Direct). Minimum investments and annual minimums apply to each strategy. Wrap/UMA sponsors pay between 0.32% and 1.00% for investment management services.
