HTK charges up to 1.5% of the client's account value for advisory services with TPAMs, not including manager fees. Financial planning and consulting fees are negotiable. Retirement plan consulting services are charged based on a percentage of assets (up to 1%), hourly (up to $500/hour), or a flat rate. Clients may pay fees to AdvicePay, an unaffiliated service provider. HTK may receive fees from TPAMs for conferences, events, and marketing support.
