Park Shore's fees consist of an asset-based management fee and a performance fee. For the Opportunity Funds, the quarterly management fee is 0.25% of assets under management (1.0% per annum). They also charge an incentive fee equal to 10% of the net increase in the net asset value of the investments in the Opportunity Funds. The minimum investment in the Opportunity Funds is $500,000. For the MAS Fund, the quarterly management fee is 0.1875% of assets under management (0.75% per annum), and there is also an incentive fee. The minimum investment in a MAS Fund is $100,000.
