Fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management, charged quarterly in advance. The fee is determined by multiplying one-fourth of the annual percentage rate by the account's fair market value on the last day of each closing calendar quarter. Fees may be higher or lower than those shown due to special client situations, other services performed or other extraordinary circumstances and may be negotiable. The client is always informed in writing of the fee structure in place on their account.
