Pinnacle charges an annual management fee based on a percentage of assets managed, generally ranging from 0.50% to 1.50%, depending on the client type, investment strategy, and service complexity. The fee is prorated and charged quarterly, either in advance or in arrears, based on the market value of assets. Pinnacle may negotiate a lesser fee based on certain criteria. Pinnacle seeks clients with a minimum portfolio size of $1,000,000, but may waive this minimum.
