You'll pay an annual fee based on the market value of your portfolio. For example, the first $1,000,000 is charged 1.00%. The firm requires a minimum of $1,000,000 in assets under management. The minimum threshold for fees and/or Assets Under Management is at times adjusted based upon an estimation of the complexity and time anticipated for the services to be rendered. Clients may negotiate a flat fee or a higher annual fee percentage than disclosed in the standard fee schedule if their account assets do not meet the minimum asset level.
