REK Advisors receives a referral fee from Oxbow Advisors, LLC, calculated as a percentage of the investment management fees paid by referred clients. REK receives 50% of the investment management fee for the first five years after a client is referred, and 25% for the subsequent five years. Clients pay the same fee schedule as if they had engaged Oxbow Advisors directly. REK does not charge fees for investment advice since none is given.
