Winslow's management fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management or as a fixed fee. The fee is 1% up to $1 million and 0.75% from $1 million to $5 million. Fees are negotiable over $5 million. Fees are charged quarterly in advance, based on the market value of securities. Winslow can charge a lower fee, a flat fee, or waive its fee entirely based on certain criteria. Clients may pay two layers of fees if mutual funds and/or ETFs are purchased in client portfolios: Winslow's fee and the internal management/commission fees of the fund/ETF. The minimum account size is $1,000,000 for individuals, but this may be waived.
