Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC does not charge a separate fee for selecting other advisers. They share in the advisory fee you pay directly to the TPMM, which will not exceed 3% annually. The Program fee is negotiable based on individual client circumstances. TPMM custody fees through RBC range between 0.05% and 0.35% annually, and Envestnet charges a sponsor fee of between 0.05% and 0.18% annually.

Joseph is the owner/manager of Buttonwood Group Advisors LLC, a venture fund advisor, dedicating about a quarter of his time to it. He is also involved in BG Blue Fin LLC, JGJO Development Co., LLC (an Arooga's franchisee), and JAG Unit 1 (lessee of an Arooga's franchise), and Bay Winds Group LLC, though these require minimal to no time.
