Fees are negotiable.
Discretionary investment management fees are based on the market value of assets under management, invoiced either as a retainer (negotiated monthly or quarterly) or as a percentage of assets (paid quarterly in arrears). The minimum discretionary investment management account size is $30 million, with a corresponding annual minimum fee of $150,000, though this may be waived. Non-discretionary advisory fees are also invoiced either as a retainer or percentage of assets, with the percentage typically not exceeding 1.5% of assets under advisement. The minimum non-discretionary investment advisory account size is $100 million with a corresponding annual minimum fee of $250,000, though this may be waived. Fees are negotiable.
