A minimum fee of $10,000 or an initial investment of $1 million is usually required for Advisory Services. However, these minimums may be lowered for certain groups and may be negotiable in certain circumstances at the discretion of Essential. Fees may be negotiable in certain circumstances at Essential’s discretion.
Fee Estimator
Advisory service fees are based on a percentage of assets under management. The first $2 million is charged at 1.00%, the next $3 million at 0.75%, and anything above that at 0.50%. A minimum fee of $10,000 or an initial investment of $1 million is usually required. Fees are typically invoiced in arrears at the beginning of each calendar quarter. Separate account management fees for the EGP strategy are 0.75% of assets per annum, with a minimum annual fee of $1,875 or initial investment of $250,000 usually required. Wealth management consulting services, when not incidental to advisory services, are typically done on an hourly basis at agreed-upon rates.
