Precise charges an annual wrap fee, calculated quarterly, ranging from 1.00% to 2.00% of assets under management. All fees are subject to negotiation. This fee does not include transaction costs, brokerage commissions for transactions outside of Insight Securities Inc., or custody fees. Clients may also incur charges from custodians, brokers, and other third parties. Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources.
