ISCA generally charges a fee based on a percentage of assets under management, with a maximum of 1.30% annually, but all fees are subject to negotiation. Retirement plan accounts are subject to a minimum $5000 annual account fee. Accounts under the Empower platform have the option to use an ISCA-managed model and will be charged an additional 5 basis points. ISCA's fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs and expenses.
