Fee Structure
Hirtle Callaghan charges an advisory fee (CIO Solution Fee) based on the total market value of assets under management. The maximum current applicable fee is 0.95% per year. Fees may be negotiable based on factors deemed relevant by Hirtle Callaghan. Former clients invested in HC Private Vehicles may be required to pay a Continuation Fee. Hirtle Callaghan does not receive additional fees from Specialist Managers within the Separately Managed Account program.
