KCM's advisory fees are negotiable and generally based on a percentage of assets under management. Fees are calculated and paid quarterly, in advance or arrears. The specific calculation method is detailed in each client's investment advisory agreement. KCM has an arrangement with a wealth manager in which their clients investing in the Micro Cap Opportunities strategy will receive a lower fee rate than the fee stated in this brochure.
