Fee schedule is for new clients who retain Vector after March 31, 2019. Vector reserves the right to discuss and agree upon an appropriate fee that may either be higher or lower than the stated schedule.
Fee Estimator
Vector charges an annual fee based on a percentage of assets under management. For example, the first $500,000 is billed at 1.2%, the next $500,000 at 1%, and the next $2,000,000 at 0.85%. Fees are generally prorated and billed quarterly in arrears, but legacy SNS clients are billed in advance. Vector reserves the right to negotiate fees higher or lower than the stated schedule. A minimum portfolio size of $500,000 is required.
