Las Olas Capital Advisors charges a wrap fee for portfolio management services, ranging from 0.50% to 1.75% annually based on the market value of assets under management. A minimum annual fee of $10,000 applies. The wrap fee covers brokerage commissions and transactional costs. Fees are charged monthly, in advance, based on the end-of-period market value. The firm may negotiate a lesser fee based on certain criteria.
