Investment advisory fees for Private Client Accounts (PCA) are based on a percentage of assets under management, as shown in the fee ranges below. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. Fees may be negotiable or waived under certain circumstances, such as related accounts. Market Value of Client Asset Annual Fee Range: $1 to $2,000,000: 0.90 – 1.00% $2,000,001 to $5,000,000: 0.60 – 0.80% $5,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.45 – 0.55% $10,000,001 to $20,000,000: 0.40 – 0.45% $20,000,001 to $50,000,000: 0.35 – 0.40% $50,000,001 to $100,000,000: 0.30 – 0.35% Over $100,000,000: 0.25 – 0.30% If a client utilizes a Third Party Money Manager, the client agrees to pay an annual fee based on a percentage of the total assets held in that client’s account. The advisory fee charged to the client by the Third Party Money Manager and/or the IAR contracted to offer their advisory services will not exceed these established percentages: Avg.
