The annual portfolio management fee is negotiable and payable monthly in arrears, based on the market value of the account on the last business day of the previous month. Fees are prorated for partial months. Financial planning/consulting fees are also negotiable, with hourly rates ranging from $100 to $300 per hour and flat fees ranging from $500 to $5,000 per agreement. GSS, an affiliate, receives a fee from clients' participation in the Insured Deposit Program at Axos, potentially reducing returns and creating a conflict of interest. Clients can choose alternate cash account options or custodians.
