Fees are negotiable. These fees apply to Core Plus, Intermediate Core Plus, Limited Duration, Market Duration, and Moderate Duration portfolio styles. High Yield: 0.50% on the first $50MM, 0.45% on the next $50MM, and 0.40% thereafter. Corporate: 0.40% on the first $10MM, 0.30% on the next $40MM, and 0.25% thereafter. Short-Term and Ultra Short-Term: 0.25% on the first $10MM, 0.20% on the next $40MM, 0.175% on the next $50MM, and 0.15% thereafter. Small Cap: 1.0% on the first $10MM, 0.80% on the next $40MM, and 0.70% thereafter.
PIA charges an annual advisory fee for separately managed accounts, calculated and paid quarterly. Fees are negotiable. Wrap-fee arrangements are determined by separate contracts with program sponsors, generally varying between 1.00% and 1.50% annually. PIA also manages mutual funds with fees ranging from 0.20% to 0.55% of assets under management. Institutional SMA advisory fees are negotiable and may be waived or reduced for friends and family of PIA.
