IRON Incertus, High-Quality Equity, and Equity Income Portfolios have a maximum annual fee of 0.59%. Core Plus Portfolios have a maximum annual fee of 0.50%. Personalized indexing accounts may be charged a maximum annual fee of 0.65% by IRON, plus fees from Vanguard Personalized Indexing. Fully customized portfolios may be charged up to 1.00%. Private funds have management fees (0.50%-2.00% of invested capital) and carried interest fees (5%-20% of profits). Private investment advisory services have a $3,000-$5,000 fee upon purchase and an ongoing management fee of 1.00%-2.00%. There is a minimum fee of $50 per quarter for portfolio management accounts. Fees are billed in arrears at the end of each calendar quarter. Fees and minimums may be negotiable.
