Fee Estimator
Heartland charges an annual fee based on a percentage of your assets under management. The fee is 1.00% on the first $5,000,000, 0.85% on the next $10,000,000, and negotiable above $15,000,000. Fees are generally payable monthly or quarterly. Heartland may negotiate lower fees with investment advisors or other financial intermediaries. Heartland generally does not accept new accounts of less than $1,000,000 for the Value Strategy, Small Cap Value Strategy and Small Cap Value Plus Strategy, and $500,000 for the Mid Cap Value Strategy and Opportunistic Value Equity Strategy.
