Equalize Capital, LLC provides asset management services to The Equalize Community Development Fund for an annual fee of 1.50% of the average net assets of the Fund. For advisory services to the American Home Opportunity Mortgage Fund, LP, the firm is entitled to receive a management fee paid monthly in advance. This fee is equal to 1/12th of 1.25% (1.25% per annum) of each investor’s capital account balance as of the beginning of each month.
