Advisory fees are negotiated up to a maximum of 2.50%. The fee is calculated using the value of the assets on the last business day of the prior billing period or using the average value of the assets for the month prior to the billing period. Clients may terminate the agreement without penalty for a full refund of ActiTrust's fees within five business days of signing the Investment Advisory Contract. There is no account minimum.
