Fee Structure
William Blair charges a single comprehensive fee for investment advisory services and trade execution costs, up to 2.00% annually, subject to negotiation. Fees are billed quarterly, in advance, based on the market value of portfolio assets. Clients also pay other costs and charges, such as taxes, custodial fees, and fund expenses. The overall cost of the wrap arrangement may be higher than paying standard fees and negotiating transaction costs separately. Fees are negotiable.
