Fee Structure
Waverly Advisors charges an advisory fee based on a percentage of assets under management or advisement. These percentages range from 0.25% to 1.5%. Some clients are billed a fixed dollar amount, which is negotiable. New retail clients are generally subject to an annual minimum advisory fee ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, and 401(k) Plan clients are subject to an annual minimum advisory fee that generally ranges from $5,000 to $50,000. Financial planning fees, when charged separately, range from $500 to $50,000 on a fixed fee basis, or from $75 to $450 on an hourly rate basis. These fees are negotiable.
