Fees are negotiable and can be based on assets under management or a flat annual fee. The maximum annual fee for the programs described in this brochure is 2.80% of the market value of the account, except for AssetMark Wealth Platforms, where the maximum annual fee is 2.00%. Financial planning fees range from $1,000 to $15,000 as a flat fee or $100 to $400 per hour.
