Fee Structure
The Adviser charges fees for its research materials based on their current subscription rates, typically billed quarterly in advance. Some clients may pay fees in arrears. If a client cancels their subscription, they will receive a pro rata refund of any unearned subscription fees paid in advance. Other arrangements regarding the payment of subscription fees may be negotiated with clients on a case-by-case basis.
