Fee Estimator
Investment Supervisory Services fees are charged based on assets under management. For discretionary accounts, the annual fee is 1.00% for assets between $250,000 and $2,000,000. Fees above $2,000,000 are negotiable. For non-discretionary accounts, fees are 1.25% for assets between $250,000 and $2,000,000 and negotiable above that. Fees are typically paid quarterly in arrears. YANNI may reduce fees or waive the $2,500 annual minimum charge. Clients also pay separate execution and custodian fees. Clients may terminate their accounts with thirty days written notice.
