The annual advisory service agreement fee is 1% of assets managed, payable quarterly in arrears. While the annual fee is generally 1.00% of assets under management, they reserve the right to negotiate up or down not to exceed an annual rate of 2.50% of assets under management. Fees are deducted from the client's account. Clients may also incur transaction charges and brokerage fees. They require a minimum account size of $250,000, but this may be waived at their discretion.
