St. James charges an annual fee based on the market value of the account, paid quarterly. The maximum annual fee is 0.75%. Clients may also pay custodial, account maintenance, and brokerage fees. Sub-advised accounts are charged a maximum annual fee of 0.50%. St. James allows for negotiable fees. There is a minimum of $100,000 in total asset value to be managed, but exceptions may be made.
