Fee Structure
KWA assesses a management fee for discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services, not exceeding 2.0% per annum. The fee structure and level vary by client based on services provided and other considerations. Fees are billed in advance on a quarterly basis, calculated based on the fair market value of your account(s) as of the last business day of the previous quarter. The fees are negotiable on a limited basis. KWA also provides financial planning and consulting services under an hourly or fixed fee arrangement, both of which are negotiable.
