Proteus charges a maximum annual management fee of 0.96% (0.08% monthly) of assets invested in an Investment Product. This fee is tiered, with reductions for assets above certain thresholds: 0.84% for assets above $25M, 0.72% above $50M, 0.60% above $75M, and 0.48% above $100M. The Weather Mark Fund charges 1.50% annually, split between Proteus and a sub-advisor, plus a performance fee. The MG&A Fund charges a maximum annual management fee of 2.00%. Clients may also be charged for third-party transaction costs and other investment-related expenses.
