The annual investment advisory fee is based on a percentage of assets under management, ranging from 0.40% to 1.15%. Financial planning and consulting services are offered on a fixed fee basis, generally starting at $10,000 and ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 for special projects. Clients who engage the Registrant to provide Foundation and Grants Management Administration services will be charged an additional fee, between 0.25% to 0.50% of the market value of the assets placed under the Registrant’s management. The firm generally requires an annual minimum fee of $15,000 for its investment management services.
