Investment advisory fees are based on a percentage of your portfolio's market value, ranging from negotiable to 1.50%. Financial planning and consulting fees range from $1,000 to $3,500 on a fixed fee basis, or $150 to $200 per hour. There is also a per account administrative fee of $25.00 per quarter that may be waived at the discretion of the Registrant. Fees are negotiable in special circumstances.
