BFE's investment advisory fee is an annual wrap fee consisting of the Edwards Fee and, if applicable, the Manager Fee, up to a maximum of 2.50% annually. The Edwards Fee covers BFE's advisory services, account administration, trade execution, and advisor compensation. The Manager Fee covers portfolio management services. There is a minimum annual fee of $125 that applies to all BFE investment advisory accounts. BFE’s investment advisory fees are negotiable.
