Fee Structure
KFA and Battery Park Capital charge annual investment management fees ranging from 0.50% to 1.50% of assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears. Starboard Advisors charges 0.75% on the first $2 million and 0.50% on value over $2 million, billed quarterly in advance. Starboard Advisors also offers Family Office Consulting Services with hourly fees up to $600/hour or fixed fees, billed as specified in the advisory agreement. All advisory fees are negotiable. Minimum account sizes apply: $25,000 for KFA, $1,000,000 in investable assets for Starboard Advisors, and $500,000 for BPC.
