Fee Estimator
For individually managed accounts, fees are based on assets under advisement. The brochure lists the following fee tiers: 1.25% on the first $1,000,000, 0.90% on the next $9,000,000, 0.60% on the next $40,000,000, and 0.40% on the next $50,000,000. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $100,000,000. Fees are calculated on the gross settled asset value of the client accounts as of the last day of the preceding calendar quarter and are payable quarterly in advance. The firm generally requires a minimum account size of $1,000,000, though this may be waived.
