For portfolios below $2,000,000, there will be a minimum advisory fee administered equivalent to one tenth of one percent (.10) in addition to the fee schedule above. Fees can be and have been negotiated.
Fee Estimator
Investment management fees are based on a percentage of your assets: 1% on the first $3 million, 0.75% on amounts between $3,000,001 and $6,000,000, and 0.5% on amounts over $6,000,000 annually. For portfolios below $2,000,000, there's a minimum advisory fee equivalent to 0.1% in addition to the fee schedule. The firm has a minimum portfolio size of $1,000,000, but may make exceptions. For "young professionals", there is a minimum quarterly fee of $1,250. Select Investment Review clients are charged $600-$900 per hour. Financial planning fees are fixed and agreed upon before services begin. ERISA Fiduciary Services have their own fee schedule based on plan assets.
