SWAI does not enter into agreements directly with clients and does not receive direct compensation from them or negotiate fees with them. Schwab pays SWAI a fee for the investment advice provided to SWA Accounts equal to: (1) the costs and expenses incurred by SWAI in connection with the SWA Program; plus (2) an additional amount of 10% of those costs and expenses.
