Fee Structure
Investment management fees are billed monthly in arrears, based on the average daily balance of your account. The maximum annual advisory fee is 1.25%. Fees may vary based on account size, portfolio complexity, and activity. Consulting fees are either hourly (not exceeding $250/hour) or fixed ($2,000 to $20,000), and are negotiable. The firm maintains a minimum of $300,000 in aggregate investable assets to become a client, but this is negotiable.
