Fee Structure
Asset management fees are negotiable, but will not exceed 2.00% annually, billed quarterly. Financial planning is offered at an hourly rate (up to $400/hour) or a flat fee (up to $5,000, but may exceed for certain Real Estate, Private Placements, and/or Business Consulting engagements). Retirement plan consulting is billed hourly (up to $250/hour), flat (ranging from $750 to $10,000), or as a percentage of plan assets (up to 1.00%). Clients also pay transaction fees charged by their custodian.
