Fee Structure
The firm charges a negotiable annual investment advisory fee based on a percentage of assets under management, up to 1.00%. This fee is pro-rated and paid quarterly in advance. Financial planning and consulting fees range from $2,000 to $20,000 on a fixed fee basis, or at a mutually agreed upon hourly rate. Clients engaging independent managers will incur additional fees, but the combined fee will not exceed 1.00% of assets under management. Retirement plan consulting fees range from 0.06% to 0.75% of plan assets.
