Worth charges fees on an annualized basis, calculated monthly in arrears as a percentage of assets under management. The fee percentage is negotiated between the Investment Advisor Representative and the client. The minimum account value is $25,000, and the minimum annual fee is $500 ($41.67/month). A ticket charge of $25/transaction is imposed by National Financial Services. Worth Investment Advisor Representatives may charge a fixed annual rate not to exceed 2.0%. Fees are negotiable and may be waived or reduced at Worth's discretion. Mutual funds and exchange traded funds also charge internal management fees.
