The maximum annual fee for Comprehensive Portfolio Management is 1.50%, negotiable and billed monthly in advance. A separate financial planning fee is charged when managing less than $500,000 of a client’s household assets. The minimum investment in the TG Private Market Opportunities Fund LP is $250,000, which may be waived. The management fee for Class A interests in the fund is 0.75% annually, payable quarterly in advance. The fund also pays an administrative fee of 0.25% annually, subject to a quarterly minimum of $9,000.
