Fee Structure
The maximum annual fee for portfolio management services is 1.25% of assets under management. The actual fee charged depends on the asset allocation target and the account size. Accounts with a 100% equity allocation target pay a maximum of 1.25%, while those with a 100% fixed income allocation target pay a maximum of 0.75%. Management fees are negotiable based upon the Client’s individual needs and circumstances, such as the account size and the nature of the investment activity within the account. The Firm generally requires a minimum of $250,000 to open an advisory account.
