PCM typically charges a percentage of assets under management, with fees negotiated on a client-by-client basis considering factors like services provided, client type, and account size. Clients may also negotiate a flat fee or a liquidity management fee schedule. Some clients are subject to legacy fee arrangements that can exceed 1% annually. The standard AUM fee schedule is: 1.00% on the first $1,000,000, 0.90% on the next $1,000,000, 0.75% on the next $3,000,000, and 0.50% on all remaining assets.
